Who can participate?
Postoje dvije osnovne kategorije kandidata:
1️⃣ Internship program
Designed for hospitality, hotel management, and culinary students, and for graduates up to one year after completing their degree.
Most candidates come from these higher education institutions:
- Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management (FMTU), Opatija – University of Rijeka
- RIT Croatia (Zagreb & Dubrovnik) – Hospitality and Service Management
- Aspira – College of Management and Design (Split & Zagreb) – tourism and culinary tracks
- University of Zadar – Department of Tourism and Communication Sciences
- Faculty of Economics and Tourism “Dr. Mijo Mirković”, Pula – Juraj Dobrila University of Pula
- Požega University of Applied Sciences – Enogastronomy and tourism
- Karlovac University of Applied Sciences – hospitality and tourism tracks
- Šibenik University of Applied Sciences – Tourism management
- Libertas International University (Zagreb & Dubrovnik) – Tourism and hotel management
- Edward Bernays University College (Zagreb) – Tourism, hospitality, and event management
- University of Dubrovnik – tourism and hospitality studies
If you are studying or recently graduated in this field — you qualify for the Internship program.
2️⃣ Trainee program
If you are not a student but have more than 5 years of hospitality work experience (after turning 18), you qualify for the Trainee program.

- Iskusni profesionalac bez studija → Trainee
Kako se dobiva lokacija?
We work with 40+ premium hotela i resorta across the USA that hire year-round.
Some programs start in January, some in spring, some in autumn. Most start dates are late spring and early summer, when the main season begins.

Program price
The Internship and Trainee program is paid.
Okvirna cijena za boravak od 12 mjeseci iznosi 3100 €. Shorter programs may cost less.
The price depends on the sponsor organization required for this program and is set by contract after an introductory call and a decision on the length of stay in the USA.
Sponzorska organizacija osigurava:

- Paid hotel training and accommodation for the participant for the entire stay in the USA

All employers we work with are verified by sponsor organizations and must meet strict requirements.
